Dr. Erica Strother, DNP is a highly experienced, dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Health and Psychiatry, and the founder of Top Tier Health and Wellness Group. With over two decades of clinical expertise, Dr. Strother is dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care that integrates medication management, talk therapy, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

Dr. Strother’s practice is rooted in compassion, empathy, and culturally competent care. She specializes in treating a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and mood disorders, empowering patients to prioritize their well-being in a safe, welcoming, and judgment-free environment.
